  • Individual therapy sessions are one-on-one sessions that offer a validating, non-judgmental, and structured space to work on your personal goals, learn valuable skills, and improve the quality of your life.


  • DBT Prolonged Exposure Therapy (DBT PE) is an evidenced based gold standard trauma treatment designed to treat PTSD among suicidal, self-injuring, and multi-diagnostic adolescents and adults. This highly effective therapy utilizes in vivo and imaginal exposures followed by processing as the core treatment strategies.  


  • Parent coaching is a collaborative and practical approach designed to support parents in navigating the challenges of raising children. It focuses on empowering parents with effective skills, strategies, and insights to foster healthier family dynamics, to notice their own patterns, to manage challenging behaviors, and to build stronger parent-child relationships.

  • These biweekly groups are for clients who have completed two rounds of DBT Skills Group and want to continue to deepen their practice. It offers a supportive space to apply, reflect on, and refine DBT skills in real-life situations and peer consultations. Group members support and learn from one another, fostering connection and shared growth.
